Here’s how I made it:

Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme 1/4″ Adhesive
Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive
Kool Tak™ Shiny Foils Transfer Sheets, Mardi Gras
Kool Tak™ Craft Mat
Kool Tak™ Black Foam Circles, 1/4″
Round Gold Foil Box, approximately 4″ diameter
White card stock scrap, 4″ x 4″
Green Card Stock, four 9″ x 1/2″ strips (Bazzil)
Flower Punch (Stampin’ Up!®)

Cut enough of the scallop die from Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive to circle the box lid and apply it just below the top edge. Remove the release paper and press the green foil from the Kool Tak™ Shiny Foils Transfer Sheets, Mardi Gras pack to cover the adhesive all around the edge.
Apply the red foil from the Kool Tak™ Shiny Foils Transfer Sheets, Mardi Gras pack to eight Kool Tak™ Black Foam 1/4″ Circles and then apply them around the box sides.
Apply the Kool Tak™ 1/4″ Adhesive down the center of the four green card stock strips. Remove the release paper and apply the red foil from the Kool Tak™ Shiny Foils Transfer Sheets, Mardi Gras pack to each strip. Place a small piece of Kool Tak™ 1/4″ Adhesive to the center of the box lid. Find the center on the first green card stock strip and attach it, foil side down, to the box lid.
Bring each end to the center, adhering it with Kool Tak™ 1/4″ Adhesive. Repeat with the remaining strips, alternating the direction of each strip.
Apply Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive to a small piece of scrap white card stock and punch one flower. Remove the release paper and adhere it in the center of the bow, pressing the flower petals down all around.
Punch an additional flower from white card stock without the Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive and curve the petals upward. Attach it to the first flower with a very small piece of Kool Tak™ 1/4″ Adhesive.
Remove one side of the release paper from one Kool Tak™ Black Foam 1/4″ Circle. Apply gold foil from the Kool Tak™ Shiny Foils Transfer Sheets, Mardi Gras pack ™ to the sticky side. Remove the release paper from the remaining side and apply the foiled dot to the center of the flower.
That’s it. Simple as pie, and the recipient will think you spent hours on it.
