With March coming on, the month that comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, it’s almost time for the wearing o’ the green, when everyone’s a little bit Irish – St. Patrick’s Day.
Let Kool Tak products help make your St. Patty’s Day greeting cards a little easier to create and certainly stronger to withstand the test of time.

Cardstock:
Dark Green, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Medium Green, 4″ x 5″
Green Print, 4 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
Scrap Cardstock Pieces
Punches: Heart, 1/2″ tall; Circle 1 3/4″
Stamp (Stampin’Up!®)
Ink, Forest Green (Stazon)

Instructions
Place the Kool Tak™ Reusable Non-stick Craft Sheet on your work surface to protect it.
Fold the dark green card stock to make a card front, 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Sponge the edges of all three layer papers with Stazon Forest Green ink. Add the medium green layer using Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme. Add Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme to the printed card stock, remove the release paper and attach it to the card front.
Attach Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive to the dark green card stock and punch nine hearts. Arrange the hearts, tips toughing to create three shamrocks on the printed card stock.
Attach Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive to a light-colored piece of scrap card stock and cut a rough “rainbow” shape. Remove the release paper and apply the rainbow foil from the Kool Tak™ Mardi Gras pack. Use Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme to attach the rainbow to the card front.
Attach Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive to yellow card stock scrap and punch a circle. Remove the release paper and apply the gold foil from the Kool Tak™ Mardi Gras Foil pack to the circle. Apply Kool Tak™ foam squares to the back of the circle a place it at the base of the rainbow.
Use the excess yellow card stock with Kool Tak™ Punch Adhesive attached to cut out a rough piece for the “gold” portion of the pot of gold. Mix Kool Tak™ Sparkles gold glitter and bead mixture, about 1/4 teaspoon of each together. Remove the release paper from the “gold” and press it into the Kool Tak™ Sparkle mixture. Add Kool Tak™ Foam Squares to the back of the”gold” and attach it to the top of the circle.
Stamp Happy St. Patrick’s Day on a scrap of the printed green card stock using Stazon Forest Green ink. Trim the card stock and sponge the edges with Forest Green ink. Cut a piece of medium green card stock, 1/4″ larger all around than the stamped piece, and use Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme to layer the pieces. Apply Kool Tak™ Premium Extreme to the tag back and attach it to the card front.
That’s it. Your friends will be happy to receive this great little card, and I’ll bet they’ll kiss you, even if you aren’t Irish.
